Contract management

Once work is underway, we will work on your behalf to manage the contract, with regular site visits we will ensure that works are completed in line with the plans and contract, to appropriate standard and within regulation. We will put together any variation orders and make sure they’re covered under the contract. We will keep an ongoing account, assessing invoices for payment so that you are not paying for work that hasn’t been completed or isn’t to standard. - saving you stress and worry throughout the project.
